Trigger Points are hyper irritable spots, palpable nodules in the taut bands of skeletal muscles. They can develop in the Myofascial, and mainly in the center of a muscle belly. Trigger Point Massage can work to release trigger points by creating an ischemic response. Pushing fresh blood in, and flushing waste material out.
